Cancellations & Returns

Order cancellations must be made before orders are processed. Once orders are processed, they cannot be canceled. 

All items must be in original condition and packaging to receive a full refund. Customers must request a return within 48 hours of delivery. Customers will also need to pay for return shipping. The Item(s) then need to be shipped within 5 days from receipt of return request, or the return will be canceled. Returns will be processed, and a full refund will be given for qualifying orders within 5 business days from receipt of return.
